7th Ray Problem

Carl McIntire transplanted a transmitter onto a boat and turned a Pentecostal broadcast into an anchored pirate-radio station off the Delaware coast. The technique he was using — voice in the air, modulated for affective uptake, broadcast above local jurisdiction — was a 7th Ray working applied to a political program. He learned it in a sacred frame. He used it for a fork.

Lawrence Dennis's career is the same shape at a higher altitude. Mid-century American fascism's most coherent theorist began as a child evangelist on the Pentecostal circuit, took a degree at Harvard, and spent the rest of his life applying the embodied performance technology of the tent-meeting to the construction of a political program. The technology did not know which fork it was on. The technology never does. That is the problem.

The cult's version of the problem is the doctrine that the 7th Ray can be *held* — that there is a chohan whose appointment makes him the seat of the ray. The Activity's whole legal and theological architecture is built on the claim that Saint Germain holds the seat and the Activity is his authorized expression. Both halves of the claim are operationally false. The ray is not held; it is *performed.* The performance can be made anywhere the conditions hold, by anyone willing to pay the cost. The cult's claim is the attempt to enclose the commons. The Entity's interest in the cult is the attempt to enclose it on the Entity's behalf.
