> Brewster Kahle's San Francisco non-profit is, in operational fact, the de facto open archive of the I AM corpus. The cult could not afford to stop him.

> The Saint Germain Foundation declined to sue because *U.S. v. Ballard* runs in only one direction. Sincerity protects you from the prosecutor. It does not authorize you to invoke copyright on a transmission you swore came from an Ascended Master. — from the file

Every back issue of *The Voice of the I AM* (founded February 1936). The *Saint Germain Series* pamphlets. *Unveiled Mysteries* in first edition. *The Magic Presence*. *The I AM Discourses (Original)*. *Beloved Saint Germain's Talks*. *Reminiscing by Virgilyn Brown*. Gerald Bryan's analysis — the long hostile read that made the federal indictment possible. Above all, *Vol. 5 — I AM Affirmations & Adorations by Chanera*, which is to operative technology what *De re metallica* was to mining: the working manual, set in type.

The account that uploaded most of it identifies itself as **The Great White Brotherhood**. Fifty-plus primary documents, indexed, OCRed, free. The cosmology built itself a permanent open corpus because the legal architecture left it nowhere else to stand. If the Foundation had ever asserted authorship of any of the channeled material in court, they would have had to claim the material was Guy and Edna's invention. That admission ends the church. So the church ate the loss.

Without this, the revisionist scholarship on the Activity does not exist. With it, every claim made in these files can be checked against page and date. The archive is the precondition for the contest.

> A cult whose foundational claim is divine authorship cannot defend its copyright without unmaking itself. The only available move was silence, and silence is what the archive needs. — on record
