JZ Knight began channeling Ramtha in her Tacoma kitchen in 1977 and incorporated the school in 1988 on a 250-acre property south of Yelm. The product is the Ballard product with the legal corners filed off. Decrees become "C&E exercises." Saint Germain becomes a Lemurian. The Mighty I AM Presence becomes "the observer." New Thought manifestation doctrine — same vein the Ballards tapped through Edie Broce's bibliography — gets refitted as quantum-flavored neuro-language and sold by the weekend.

The legal architecture is what to look at. *U.S. v. Ballard* (1944) held that the sincerity of a religious claim, not its truth, was the only thing prosecutable. Knight's operation is the late-stage demonstration of what that ruling permits: a fully commercial channeling school, decades of paying students, multiple custody and trademark cases including the Australian Judith Ravell suit, and no possibility of a federal mail-fraud case because the Activity already absorbed the precedent for her in Chicago in 1942.

The provenance receipt is Shaini Candace Goodwin. Goodwin was a Ramtha student before she went independent in the late 1990s and built the NESARA cosmology on the bones of the Saint Germain Trust prophecy. "Dove of Oneness," dying in 2010, still posting. The line runs Ballard → Knight → Goodwin → the 2020 QAnon NESARA reconvergence — visible, datable, no leaps required.

Yelm is not a deviation from the Activity. Yelm is what the Activity looks like in a jurisdiction it has fully metabolized.
