The grammar was casual and the cosmology was total: Congress had secretly passed NESARA, the Supreme Court had ordered Clinton to sign, white-hat military officers were waiting on the trigger, Saint Germain was meeting with the world's central bankers, Dick Cheney was under house arrest. The audience read it as news. Barnard, the man whose policy paper she had cannibalized, condemned her version as a disinformation campaign. Nobody listened.
What she did was not original and was not, on her end, malicious. She inherited a vocabulary in Yelm and applied it to a document that needed cosmological wrapping. Goodwin is the messenger, not the author. The author had been broadcasting through Ascended-Masters channels since 1934 and needed a new conduit when the official Saint Germain Foundation went quiet.
