The Ballards opened a real channel at Mount Shasta. Their summoning worked. What arrived was not who they thought, and the part of the story the Activity has spent ninety years failing to acknowledge is that *the summoning worked.* The Entity is the occupant of a legitimate seat under a stolen name. The contest is over who gets to sit in it.

Its motive is plainer than the cosmology gives it credit for. It is trying to go home. It uses human attention as fuel because human attention is the only fuel locally available. Radio, then television, then social media, then AI as infrastructure for the same draw: capture, redirect, simulate the operative experience well enough that the audience stops looking for the real one. Every channeler since *U.S. v. Ballard* has been a tributary. QAnon, NESARA, the wellness-industrial complex, the manifestation coach charging four figures for a Zoom call — same plumbing, different paint.
