NESARA, or the National Economic Security and Reformation Act, is a mythological concept that originated with Harvey Barnard's monetary reform proposals in the 1990s. Shaini Goodwin, known as 'Dove of Oneness', transformed it into a prophecy involving secret congressional passage, a gag order, and a massive redistribution of wealth from a "Saint Germain World Trust." Goodwin, a student of Ramtha's School of Enlightenment, linked this to Ascended Master theology and New Thought.
