The forty-quattuordecillion is the giveaway. That's a one with forty-five zeroes. It is not a number anyone uses. It is a *liturgical* number. Read it aloud and the cosmology surfaces underneath the policy paper — the Ascended Master as cosmic investment banker, the prosperity decree taken to its absolute terminus, the Saint Germain of *Unveiled Mysteries* arriving in 2001 to settle the books. The fact that Bush allegedly "prevented the announcement" by allowing 9/11 is the I AM decree-blast logic returning as conspiracy theodicy.

Barnard publicly condemned Goodwin's version as a disinformation campaign. He died with his name attached to a thing he hated. The mythology routed around him through Bellringer's fourwinds10.com, cross-pollinated with the Ashtar Command, absorbed sovereign-citizen legal theory, and emerged in the 2020s as the load-bearing economic eschatology of the QAnon convergence.
